The Project unites the efforts of three project partners from Bulgaria, Romania and Spain.
Culture Hub Bulgaria – Coordinator
Тhe project is coordinated by Culture Hub Bulgaria Foundation. The main goals of the foundation, according to its statute, are as follows:
- Promotion of good practices in the development of culture and education at local, regional, national and international level;
- Development of creative solutions for the realization of cultural products and events;
- Creation, distribution and preservation of cultural values in the field of theatre, music, cinema, audiovisual, literature,
translation, dance, circus, visual arts, architecture, design, folklore and cultural heritage; - Support for creating partnerships and cooperation in the field of education and culture;
- Creation and development of networks of organizations operating in the field of education and culture;
- Support for the development of public-private partnerships and cultural entrepreneurship;
- Integration of technological solutions and innovations in the activity of the organization.

INNETICA – Spain
Found in 2009, INNETICA is a non-profit association (NGO) whose mission is to promote the cooperation between organizations across Europe to promote European values in accordance with Article 2 of the Treaty on European Union.
Its mission is to promote social innovation projects, in addition to developing educational ones projects and teaching activities.
INNETICA has among its goals to promote sustainable development through initiatives aimed at the protection of environment, to promote European cultural heritage and integration of migrants.
INNETICA associates university structures, public bodies, companies, training centers of different countries, as well as intellectuals, professionals and volunteers who contribute their ideas and experiences for change and improvement of European societies

Club Bizau – Romania
APD Buzau develops, mainly but not limited to, the following activities:
- informs citizens about issues of public interest;
- facilitating access to education and the labor market of vulnerable groups (Roma, minorities, migrants, unemployed, people with no income or with low income, people looking for a job, women over 45 with social inclusion problems – residents in rural areas) through mentoring activity;
- the organization of trainings, seminars, workshops, as well as cultural events of young people from migrant background;
- promoting the entrepreneurial culture and improving the quality and productivity of work through tutoring activity;
- facilitating the insertion of young people and long-term workers into the labor market;
- developing digital skills for young people and adults from vulnerable groups;
- facilitating the insertion of young people and the long-term unemployed into the labor market;
