Expected Results

The expected results from the project implementation are:

  1. Researched the existing technological and legal requirements for contractors, including a comprehensive examination of the technology requirements for non-fungible tokens and the application of European legislation in the realm of copyright and intellectual property protection.
  2. Prepared a report on accessing non-fungible token technological requirements and approaches to utilizing the existing European legislative framework. The report includes a summary, recommendations for the target training framework project groups, and exemplary best practices in the field.
  3. Organized two partnership meetings during the implementation of this activity. The opening meeting, hosted in Sofia, Bulgaria during the second month of the project, involved three representatives from each partner. The purpose of the kick-off meeting was to plan task implementation, sign partnership agreements, and assign responsibilities for the upcoming months. The second meeting, held at the conclusion of the activity, discussed the results and decided on the utilization of the project’s outcomes for establishing a Center for Digital Competencies. Sustainability of the results and dissemination activities were also addressed, taking into account partner countries’ perspectives.
  4. Developed and enriched the Digital Competence Center with expanded knowledge resources and new members. A decision was made to establish it as a European NGO in accordance with the requirements of the Erasmus+ Program. Additionally, the center was designated to specialize in collective management of copyright and related rights, with consideration given to its formal or virtual operational structure.
  5. Conducted a training event at the conclusion of the current activity, involving four representatives from the target groups identified in the project. Partner organizations organized the selection process, ensuring a balanced representation and proficiency in English.
  6. Held a final project meeting in Romania, attended by three participants from each partner. This meeting concluded the project activities and potentially included a public event for disseminating project results, subject to pandemic restrictions. Future partnership activities, particularly the development of the Center for Digital Competencies, were discussed during this meeting.
  7. Carried out dissemination activities, including the development and publication of at least four blog posts about the project on partner websites and social media platforms. Additionally, recent news items describing the project’s outcomes and benefits for the target groups were shared. Partners engaged in communication with local cultural operators and trainers.
