The project implements two main activities with the following tasks included:

Activity 1 – Research, Analysis, and Support Guidelines for Existing Technology and Legislation
The proposed activity encompasses several primary groups of tasks:
- Research This involves studying the current technological possibilities and understanding the legal requirements for artists to showcase and support their creative work online, including content creation and presentation by various artists. The activity will conduct detailed research on the existing capabilities, along with relevant requirements and standards for the creation and utilization of unique tokens. The research will delve into the European legal framework, particularly Directive 2019/790 of the European Parliament and the Council of 17 April 2019, focusing on copyright and related rights in the Digital Single Market.
- Analysis and Recommendations Based on the preceding research, the partnership will prepare a report consisting of an analytical section and recommendations. The report aims to provide guidance and educational resources tailored to the needs of young and independent artists, including those with limited opportunities, as well as cultural operators and their teams of experts and trainers. The analytical portion will present the perspectives of the project’s target groups on accessing technological opportunities and leveraging the existing legislative framework.
- Guidelines and Educational Resources Drawing from the recommendations provided in the analysis, the project will develop and publish guidelines that cater to the needs of the target groups. These guidelines will focus on the practical implementation of unique tokens and how artists, particularly independent artists, young performers, and those with limited opportunities, can incorporate them into their work. The guidelines will also provide a comprehensive overview of the European legislative framework. Cultural operators will benefit from these guidelines as they will gain knowledge and specific tools to collaborate effectively with their teams and trainers.

Activity 2 – Development of a Center for Digital Competences and Pilot Trainings
This activity comprises four main tasks:
- Development and Enrichment of the Digital Competence Center (DCC) The DCC, currently under development by the project coordinator, aims to enrich the database with educational resources for the creative sector in Europe. The DCC will seek partnerships to establish itself as a European NGO in accordance with the requirements of the Erasmus+ Program. Serving as the primary hub for knowledge transfer and networking among cultural operators, the DCC will be instrumental in fostering collaboration.
- Development of Recommendations to Enhance Existing Regulations for Collective Management of Copyright and Related Rights This task focuses on developing recommendations to address gaps in current regulations, particularly in light of technological innovations in the field. The proposed recommendations aim to improve the collective management of copyright and related rights.
- Enrichment of the Virtual Space The virtual space will serve two primary functions. Firstly, it will provide an information section containing details about the space, its members, priorities, main activities, implementation methods, and information on accessing and becoming a member. Secondly, it will feature a digital database of educational resources, comprising training materials targeting key areas of development. All materials developed under the project will be published in this database.
- Conduction of a Training Event at the Project’s Conclusion The Center’s experts will organize a practical training session at the end of the project. This event will guide participants through essential competency areas, providing guidelines, best practices, and addressing queries. The training will involve learners selected from partner organizations (four individuals per organization), representing the project’s target groups. The selection process will aim for balanced representation among the target groups. Proficiency in English is expected from all learners, as the instruction will be conducted in English.
