Target Groups

Project target groups

The project aims to provide urgent support to the following target groups:

  1. Independent artists/freelancers, particularly young artists and micro-enterprises in the entertainment sector. These groups are highly vulnerable during the digital transformation process. The implementation of digital data exchange standards and token technologies presents complex, time-consuming, and expensive barriers for them.
  2. Artists/performers with limited opportunities, especially those facing challenges related to geographic and economic constraints, as well as individuals from diverse backgrounds. Many artists residing in areas with limited internet access are at a higher risk of exclusion from technological knowledge, exchange, and the industry as a whole. They often lack understanding of online platforms and other digital media formats, and have limited avenues to monetize their creativity. These artists possess unique talents and serve as custodians of cultural traditions. Without encouragement and support, we risk losing this invaluable cultural content forever.
  3. Cultural operators and their teams of trainers and experts. The project’s outcomes will be disseminated across the entire cultural network and relevant sectors, aiming to maximize the utilization and understanding of existing opportunities.
